Is the accommodation recently decorated?

Yes - we completely renovated the holiday cottage in 2007 - in the picture above we are shown on the scaffolding that was put up when the roof was re-tiled [all scaffolding has since been removed!]

Does the holiday cottage have private parking?

There is parking for one vehicle at the cottage, with possible further parking in Boscastle's public car park.

Do you provide bed linen and fresh towels?

Linen and towels are supplied in the accommodation, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.

Are bills included in the weekly rental price?

Yes. All heating and cooking appliances in the holiday cottage are powered by electricity, the cost of which is included in the weekly rental price.

Do you require a deposit in advance of booking?

A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is required on booking the holiday cottage.

Can I smoke in The Grockle?

Smoking is not allowed in The Grockle - this is strictly non smoking holiday accommodation.

Can I bring a pet?

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed to stay at the cottage.
